Do you offer any pre-built chart templates?
Yes, the pre-build templates are available in the templates page.
How easy is it to import data?
Just open the chart you want to create in draft mode. You can then plugin the data in the data tab in the respective format.
You can also create a new chart by importing the data using an API. Learn more about API.
Does your software support real-time data updates?
Yes, the chart data can be updated in real-time using the API. The updated data will be reflected in the chart in real-time.
How can I customize the appearance of my charts?
The chart can be customized using the edit chart option.
Is there a limit to the amount of data I can visualize?
Currently, there is no limit. However, we will be introducing the limits on the amount of data.
How much does your software cost and are there any free trial options?
We offer three pricing plans: Free, Premium, and Premium+, please refer pricing page to learn more. There are no free trial options.

Is my data secure?
When a chart is created in draft mode, the associated data is kept solely within the browser and is not transmitted to One Chart servers until the chart is saved. Once saved, the data is securely encrypted and stored on disk. We employ strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access, and industry-standard encryption protocols are used to protect your data in transit.
To ensure your data is recoverable in the event of unexpected loss, we perform regular backups and store them securely. Rest assured, we do not share your data with any third parties without your explicit consent, unless we are required to do so by law.
Is there a way to export my charts?
Yes, you can export a chart in following ways.
- You can download the chart as PNG image.
- You can export the chart config (e-chart options) directly.
- You can embed the chart into a webpage.
- You can export the chart as a static image URL, like this.
- You can save the draft to get a chart URL, which can be shared and used as an interactive chart.
How can I share my charts with others?
You can export a chart in the following ways. The method you choose will depend on whether the chart is intended for static or dynamic (interactive) use, and the final URL can be shared accordingly.
